Any booking or planning or relationship would be governed as per the following terms & description:
- The reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a payment of 25% deposit (which can vary depending on seasonal supplements, black-out dates) to be conveyed at the time of confirmation and formal confirmation email from Enriching Journeys will confirm a booking.
- Payment shall be effected by electronic fund transfer into accounts as provided at time of confirmation. No payment is accepted via credit card or any other mode of payment.
- A copy of the MT103 bank copy or remittance advice copy of the bank would be required to be sent to us in for specific department to check receipt and re-confirm deposit/payment.
- Provisional booking periods are determined by third party suppliers. Enriching Journeys reserves the right to release reservations in case deposits are not received in time stipulated.
- Upon confirmation the clients passport details will be required, which information will be used solely for necessary mandatory reservations.
- Balance/final payment less deposit would be due 75 days prior commencement of travel. This time period may vary depending on the month of the booking, black-out dates and number of rooms booked. Any deviation would lead to auto-cancellation of the booking with loss of deposit payment already paid to the 3rd party supplier to secure the booking.
- In the case of Luxury Train or private charter reservations the deposit terms will be advised at the time of confirmation. Until the receipt of payment, the reservation remains as a tentative booking.
- Enriching Journeys takes all possible care to ensure the usage of best service providers including hotels and airlines.
- On cancellation of a confirmed booking, Enriching Journeys will be entitled to refund only the amount which is obtained after the paying the cancellation charges to hotels/suppliers and applying their service charges. If cancellation is within 60 days of arrival, there is no refund.
- For group bookings during peak period and black-out dates the refund policy will be advised on case to case basis.
- Itineraries relating to a confirmed booking may be subject to change at any time (even after confirmation, deposit and payment) due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Enriching Journeys. We shall make every effort to operate the programme with the closest possible alternatives as is feasible.
- Enriching Journeys reserves the right to make alterations to and/ or withdraw a booking or any part of it as is deemed necessary, and to pass on to the guest any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond our control. In case of any variation in pricing due to these circumstances, Enriching Journeys reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary of the tour costs as necessary.
- All bookings with the company are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the other suppliers some of whom limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss of or damage to baggage and may require the participant to complete a release of indemnity form prior to commencing the arrangements.
- The company is not liable in any way for the acts, omissions or default whether negligent or otherwise of third party suppliers pursuant to a contract between the other suppliers and you (which may be evidenced by a ticket, voucher or other document) because the company has no control over other suppliers.
