Lying between the majestic Himalayan range and the sultry Indian plains, Nepal is a land of lush green valleys, towering snow peaks, remote villages and yaks, monasteries and prayer flags fluttering against the blue skies. A land where you can find nine of the ten highest peaks on earth. It is also home to Chitwan National Park, home to the endangered single-horned Asiatic Rhino. Take a step back in time and explore the many hidden squares and alleyways of Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur, where temples or stupas adorn nearly every corner and Gods of yore keep a watchful eye over their earthly abodes.
