I would like to again thank Enriching Journeys and its team for a wonderful Indian Journey. Nothing was too much trouble. From the moment we disembarked your colleague and your driver was there waiting for us with a smile. Of course, the added extra was that the Bossman was there too. Every hotel you booked was clearly alerted that we should get the Enriching Journeys experience and they did not disappoint. The hotels went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and sometimes embarrassingly “Above and Beyond” Our driver Ram who spent 2 weeks with us was the most polite, considerate, caring and competent driver I have ever had in India.
We always felt safe with Ram at the wheel and how he negotiated trucks, busses, cars, bicycles, motorbikes, pedestrians and cows, left us astounded. A cold water bottle on our return from sightseeing, a cold beer or soft drink and a refill of snacks, hand sanitisers and tissues were always available. Even an umbrella was presented one day when there was a rain shower. Nothing was too much and nothing could be improved. Just keep up the good work. As our Indian journey also took us to Mumbai and Tamil Nadu we had to bid farewell to Rajasthan. Again nothing could have been smoother. Our flights were reconfirmed, seats booked and boarding passes presented to us by your representatives of the various cities. Your regional offices and guides were always on time and respectful, helpful and efficient. I cannot fault your organization and this has been one of the best India tours I have ever experienced.

We had an excellent service from Enriching Journeys. Everything went according to plan and our guide was knowledgeable, sympathetic and helpful. Bhushan & Prakash were excellent throughout. Selection of accommodation were brilliant for instance Glenburn. The Oberoi was sumptuous. Generally everything worked very well. Bhusan and Prakash were excellent throughout. The former adjusted the programme very well to meet our wishes for more walks and less sight-seeing and was a charming companion, always expert but very responsive to our interests and questions and not lecturing us – as we saw a number of other guides doing during our trip.
The team was excellent. Everything was attended & we who well looked after. Alok was wonderful! A wonderful trip. Thank you for a magical experience & a special thank you for receiving my gold necklace when I inadvertently left in one of the vehicles- an outstanding team.

Enriching Journeys is quite simply the most formidable DMC operating in India. Their attention to detail and creativity is quite frankly second-to-none. Alok and Sachit bring a wealth of experience from years within the industry, and this knowledge combined with a small, innovative team ensures that the client experience on the ground is absolutely superb. They know the best guides, drivers and helpful insights from Alok and Sachit ensure that even the most complex itineraries are fulfilled with perfection and dedication. Many DMCs claim they can offer all of this, but few can actually deliver and get the glowing feedback that we receive back from our clients. A case in point; one client wanted a spiritual journey to India covering two months. Highlights included the Kumbh Mela, the Sacred River Festival at Ahilya Fort, food tours in Amritsar and Delhi, and even yoga in Rishikesh to mention just a few elements to this complex journey. Not many DMCs have the foresight and attention to detail to pull off this itinerary so well. ‘Lifechanging’ was the comment we got back from the client. Need we say more.
Where do I begin to thank you for the quite wonderful trip that Enriching Journeys recently put together for us to visit India. Truly, I cannot imagine ever visiting the country again unless we come with you! Every detail was thought about and taken care of: we wanted for nothing. You are a master tour operator and I will forever be grateful to M Bicket for recommending you to us. Thank you for the huge care you took to ensure we were safe, culturally stimulated, and extremely well looked after throughout our visit. Please also thank Mr Anup for us who was most courteous and attentive during our Delhi stop-offs, and also to repeat that Shamsher was a great success.
Arrived back after a rather busy week in India. We just wanted to send you a note to thank you so much for the transfers in India the team on the ground in each city were amazing! We were really well looked after and must admit that I will never travel there without your team. So when we were collected the following day we just wanted to get to the airport to get out of the city but the guide really showed us the true Ahmedabad and changed our perception of the city and was all due to him, what a great man! We had a wonderful tour of Mumbai and even Charmaine and Clinton who have been to India many time and done almost everything that there is to do learnt a few new things! Sunny in Mumbai was amazing, getting us into the airport and then checking in for our flights!
My first and overarching comment is you guys are doing a great job and the trip was fantastic. Meet and greet and backup from Swarnendu was fantastic –Swarnendu reminds me of Harsha Bhogle when I first heard him commentating cricket during an Indian tour of Australia in 1992 – Harsha‘s enthusiasm professionalism and natural humility made him an instant hit with Australians and these characteristics will take Swarnendu far. During the Himalayan part of our holiday, we cannot speak highly enough of Harbans. His exceptional driving skills aside, his manner and knowledge of the areas we were travelling were such that he added more value to our trip than all the guides combined.
St. Andrew’s Episcopal School returned safe and sound from India last night — our experience could not have been better … very intense, amazing, striking, beautiful, highly educational, etc. I will send a much more detailed review later this week, but suffice to say many in the group want to know when the next India adventure will be.
Alok Singh of Enriching Journeys has arranged all aspects of holidays that we have had in very different parts of India and we cannot praise him enough. Whilst all of our communication has, of necessity, been by e-mail, Alok was skilled in being able to get a sense of the kind of travellers we were.
